1 medium cauliflower
extra virgin olive oil
Remove the cauliflower leaves and season this amazing veggie with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Wrap it in the parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C.
Meanwhile, prepare an emulsion with the melted butter and the minced parsley.
Remove the pan from the oven and remove the parchment paper covering the cauliflower.
Sprinkle evenly with the emulsion of melted butter and parsley, over the entire surface of the cauliflower.
Store in the oven for another 10 minutes at 200°C until golden brown.
Your whole roasted cauliflower is ready to be served.
