Caserecce pasta with creamy cheese and salmon is a suitable course when you have no time to cook but you do not want to give up on taste. It’s an excellent idea to make a good impression with your guests. It’s a creamy first course that is prepared in a few steps and it's perfect even for children, without using white wine.
300 g of caserecce pasta
250 g smoked salmon
100 g of creamy cheese
extra virgin olive oil
Fry a clove of garlic with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan.
Add the smoked salmon and let it brown.
Put a saucepan full of water to boil.
Add a little shaved nutmeg.
Simmer with white wine until reduced.
Cook the caserecce pasta respecting the cooking times.
Then put them in a pan, add the creamy cheese and mix well.
Add a sprinkle of pepper, as you like.
Present the plate with a little parsley and serve it.
