Black venus rice is a source of carbohydrates and fibers. Strawberries are composed mostly of water, they have a good content of carbohydrates and fiber, they are low-calories and purifying. Feta is the most famous cheese among the typical Greek cheeses, it boasts important beneficial properties, such as the presence of live milk bacteria. 50 g of feta
150 g of strawberries
50 g black venus rice
extra virgin olive oil
Cook the rice in a pot with salted water.
Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, cut them into pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add the rice to the strawberries.
Add the feta, with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive and a pinch of salt then crumble it with your hands and mix well.
Decorate the dish with some fresh mint leaves and serve it.
